I have been to US Cellular four times in the last week. I have received false information three out of the four times I have been there. The day I got my phone activated I was in there for over an hour. The person activating my phone had to call tech support two times because he did not know what he was doing. He then proceeded to put my screen protector on and there was debris underneath it. He said it was just a bubble and that it would work its way out, but it didn't. When I went back to get that fixed, the guy working said they weren't able to put a new one on for me. The workers are incompetent; they don't know how to correctly do their job, they give false information, and they are incredibly slow. If you want to waste your time, take a visit to Tricom Communications. I would rather travel a half hour to the next closest US Cellular then have to go back to that store. It's unfortunate that such a great phone carrier has to have their name disgraced because of such a bad store.
Excellent service. Good selection of electronics. They offer computer repair which I was in need of today.
I've never had a good experience here. Went to start a new plan, it took over 24 hours. I've bought three things ever from here and none of them worked coming out of the store. The drive to Dubuque is worth it. Don't go here.
