Typical fast food, glad to have a BK in the area! That said, for being open such a short time, my order was timely and correct. Seems the staff is well trained and the equipment is up to snuff. I was even there for lunch rush and they performed well! Only thing keeping this from a 5 star is they had two registers, but only one open for lunch rush.
Waited 25 minutes for food. Got the wrong sandwich. The lady said she would bring the right one out. Never did. My husband finished his meal and went to see where my sandwich was. The lady said didn't so and so bring it out, my husband said no you were going to bring it. She said I was busy waiting on customers. My husband said, am I not a customer. This was our second trip there to see if it gotten any better. Go to McDonald's or Culvers.
This place seems to havea chronic problem with getting orders out on a timely manner. I've been here multiple times with a very long wait even if the store was only moderately busy. The foods delicious but the wait times are unacceptable. I will be frequenting this establishment much less in the future.
This is a great place to eat at! Food is excellent and the employees go out of their way to help. Outstanding customer service
If 10+ minute waits for your "fast" food and ovetflowing garbage cans are your thing, eat here. Only saving graces are the food is decent and cheap.
