All technicians have been extremely helpful. Even when there are changes during a project they are creative and knowledgeable!
I work at a small private college, and we have transitioned from bidding out our tech. upgrade projects to exclusively hiring Lifeline AV. They have always made us feel like we are their #1 client even though they have several other projects going on at the same time. Scott and his technicians are always incredibly responsive, and continue to support equipment months or even years after an installation is finished (even though it is rare that anything ever goes wrong). No job is too small, or two big for them to take on. They have always been willing to provide workable solutions within our projects' budgets and deadlines. I would hesitate to trust any other vendors with our classrooms because I think it will be hard to compete with the level of service that Lifeline has provided for us, and the peace of mind I get from knowing that everything will work as it should is worth it.
I have utilized Lifeline for almost all of my audio/video needs over the last few years. Anything from updating chapel space audio/video (big projects) to custom cable creation (small projects) - and every time I have been satisfied. The president of Lifeline goes completely out of his way to find out exactly what I, as the customer, needs, and how to make it work within my budget (which is sometimes mediocre! :) ). They usually give me a few options to pick from - price ranges so I can make informed decisions about what is the most important pieces of the project and what I may be able to live without to stay within budget!

I've worked with Lifeline on many AV projects at the University of Dubuque for over ten years, and we continue to do business with them because their work is excellent and their prices are fair. Our projects have ranged from audio installations for our chapel and athletic fields to classroom AV installations and digital signage. There are plenty of companies that are happy to make a sale but can't be found at the first sign of trouble. That has never happened to us with Lifeline. They work hard on your behalf to resolve problems as soon as possible. They've also provided excellent technical support for systems designed and installed by other companies.
Frankly, I'm surprised to hear criticism from others about overpricing, lack of response, or poor designs from Lifeline. This simply hasn't been our experience in over ten years of projects. In fact, there have been a few occasions in which an installation or service call did not meet our expectations, but I'm happy to say that in each of those cases, the company listened to us and did what it took to resolve the problem to our satisfaction.
25 years as a mobile DJ, Lifeline has been an incredible asset. Whether I need equipment cleaning, fixed or advice they have always come through for me...when purchasing new equipment they have helped me weigh the pros and cons and make me feel comfortable about my decisions. I know I'm buying quality products that shouldn't fail me during my weddings or corporate events. Lifeline has always been a 5 star with me!!!
