The orders aren't always accurate. The drive through can be fast or slow. The service is mostly good.
Personally, I am giving this Taco Bell location a better star than what its worth. I have gone numerous times, live in the area, and every time the staff cannot figure out my order of extra sauce on a quesadilla and no lettuce on the tacos. I have even gone as far as saying I am allergic to lettuce, and they continue to put it on the tacos. Something needs to be done with either the staffs literacy level or with the ticket printing system itself.
Love the food but just watched 2 cars pull out in drive through and waited way to long for a couple hard shell tacos. Would have pulled out too if I didn't see the girl come to the window at the right second.
Great for a quick Mexican bite.
Another point is a couple months back the prices have increased when compared to all surrounding Taco Bell's, and even worse; the product they are serving is sub par when compared to those other locations. This must be due to new management.
I came here on a Friday night around 11:30pm. There was maybe four cars in front of me. The service was very slow and the lady working the drive thru window was incredibly rude. She never once said a single word to me besides “Your total is...” I also asked for none of the creamy jalapeño sauce that comes on the chicken quesadilla yet still got creamy jalapeño sauce. I also got my nacho chips dumped upside down and all over the bag. There should be someone working register who is actually polite and can understand how to make adjustments to orders.

I spent 15 minutes in a drive thru line the last 2 weeks when i have stopped in which there are only 4 cars in front of me. Then they mess up my order, in which i don't realize until i am 10 minutes down the road. I go back, and spend another 10 minutes in line waiting for the correct food, then get "Were sorry, here's some cookies." its a good gesture and i don't expect free food because that is not how I am, but it doesn't give me back the 30 minutes of messing around trying to get the correct order.
