They use to do a good job. However, I just got the worst hair cut I have ever received. I'm going to have to wear a hat for a couple of weeks while my hair grows back
I feel bad giving this low of a rating, as there is a girl who works here who I’ve seen multiple times who’s amazing at her job and makes my visits lovely. I can’t place her name off the top of my head, but I believe she has the front chair on the right side of the salon.
However, the dirt poor customer service I received today makes me want to put one star to be honest. I’d never seen either of them there before, and when I walked in they didn’t even look up from the computer screen at the desk. Both had permanent scowls on their face, and visibly rolled their eyes before acknowledging me. I was greeted with a “what do you want?” and a slightly angry looking stare by both girls, and when I said “I just need a haircut today, please” I got another set of eye rolls.
3. Don’t roll your eyes at me when I’m being nothing but polite to you.
Really depends on who you go to!!! IV had some of the best cuts here. Some of the girls are fresh out of school and some have been in the industry for years... Keep going till you find a girl you like
2. Don’t act like me being a walk-in appointment is this horrible offense when you have a sign that says “Walk ins welcome!”
Nov. 1st 2017 decided to go here as a change. I wanted a simple medium fade for I had military training the next day, got some bigger lady with glasses and orange/brown hair. she barely touched the sides of my head and gave me a hair cut that basically was just touching up the last one. she doesn't know how to blend from getting home and actually seeing my haircut in the light, and she even messed up cutting my hair on the top of my head. Never going here again. DONT GO. If u want someone who is hands down amazing, and I mean AMAZING go to cost cutters in mount Horeb right by kwick trip and request Diane. she can fade/blend any haircut perfectly no matter what length and she is a super star at cutting hair, trust me. she can do anything you want and not mess up a Single hair on ur head. I am amazed every time I go.
Both of them go back to the computer screen, and one barely looks up and says “Did you call?” I replied that I hadn’t, (I was a walk in) and she got short with me and said “Well then come back at 5:30”. They didn’t even bother to take my name for an appointment, and I left.
