Scheduled a furnace checkup, several times Bills Plumbing and Heating never called when they said they would. Scheduled a new appointment, they did not show up. After the no show, called to ask if they were delayed, was told they would take care of it. Bill's Plumbing and Heating was recommended to me by several people. I'm sure they do good work, but their customer service could use a revamp.
My water heater stopped working at some point during the day yesterday. I called and left a message last night and received a call this morning to set up a time. He said that they had one appointment right away this morning but would try to get to me asap. They were here 30 min later! It only took about 10-15 min to fix the minor problem and before he left he gave a brief explanation of what the problem was. This was my third experience with Bill's Plumbing and Heating, and I've always been very happy with the end results.
Excellent service!! I had them do all the plumbing in a 4-plex and a single family home over the past two years with each of the technicians helping out at different times. I have called them on other homes and they responded quickly and professionally each time. I would highly recommend giving Bill's a call for any plumbing or heating related issues. They definitely were easy to work with and suggested changes that ultimately saved me some dollars without sacrificing quality. I use to do my own plumbing but not any more. I have worked with many contractors over the years and I really appreciated the suggestions and ultimately the end results. Thanks for the great service!
