As a person who's in and out of Walmarts constantly this has to be one of the worst customer service stores around. At peak hours you will be lucky to see 2 or 3 registers open and lines 5 to 10 deep. Associates and managers just stand and look at you while you wait. It will take you twice as long to check out as it does to do your shopping.
Great store, employees very friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean.
Good prices, good selection, way too many people
I love how well they treat their customers I had to call to see ahead of time if they had something and they were so friendly and checked and I even had them hold on to it for me so i could pick it up later
I was there with my wife tonight and we went to the self check out my wife doesn't usually carry her purse because I pay for things and we had some groceries and some wine for the holidays. When the women comes over and requests both IDs I say my wife doesn't have her purse she says we can buy the wine with a rude tone. I said that's fine will get the groceries and I'll come back in for the wine, she in a demeaning tone said I can't do that either. I said fine we are leaving and proceeded past my wife and this girls jumps infront of me and tries to stop me from leaving the store like I am not free to leave. If this is the kind of employees Wal-Mart is going to employ they will see a lot less of my business we went down the street to Aldi's and saved 20%. Overall a very bad experience at the Wal-Mart at the self check out of all places.
