We went in to have a tire repaired. They said our steel rim was bent, it wasn't. He said he pounded it back into shape, he didn't. Days later, tire is still leaking. Took it to Cullen's and tire was not bent, hadn't been worked on. They found rust on rim, showed it to us, and fixed it. This place didn't even want to discuss it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Got tire damage on the family's way back from vacation in the Dells. Noticed the leak after stopping in town for a Wisconsin beer and cheese stock-up at the Piggly Wiggly before going back home to Iowa. Drove to My Tires and explained my situation, asking if anything could be done quickly since my wife and 3 & 7 year-old daughters were at "The Pig" and we were in the middle of our trip back home. They pulled the car in immediately and found the tire was damaged on the sidewall, making it irreparable. They didn't have the matching tire in stock, and did't try to sell me a different one, explainingthat especially for an all-wheel drive vehicle, you need exact tire match. Since we had a brand new car, there was no need to buy a new set of tires. They put the spare on instead. They didn't charge me a dime since they didn't "do any work" (thier words!). Highly recommend this first-class business.
