My Sync system just disconnects from Bluetooth while playing music then will not work until I pull the fuse for the Sync module. Pioneer Ford will not fix the issue even though I have an extended warranty.Pioneer Ford say it's my phone. I have tested with my phone, my work phone, my coworker's phone, my mom's phone, and my dad's phone, but totally my phone. Every time I bring it in I get a loner car and my phone works perfectly with those systems without issues. I have purchased 4 cars from Pioneer Ford over 14 years (2 new Focuses & 2 used cars). This will be the last Ford I will ever buy. I will never return to Pioneer Ford for anything.
Pioneer ford has the best service of any dealership in this area. They do not have high pressure tactics, the sales men are very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The service department is the same, excellent service all around. I have a Ford dealership in the town I live in but I get better service at Pioneer Ford so traveling 40 minutes is well worth the time.
Bought van through them and now having issues with van... I have extended warranty and they were very good at first with fixing one issue with vehicle but never fixed the other problem.. they told me they been busy and have no loaners and would call me right away when they can get me in.. well I waited 3 weeks called them back and asked what deal was, they said they were still busy and that they didn't forget about me and would call when they could have me come in... well been just about 2 months and still haven't received a call... it's like they ignoring me because I'm under warranty and rather deal with people paying out of pocket.
